With these two canvases, the artist launches a new project he calls Black Liquid. The work is titled Earth and is dedicated to the vibrant beauty of the earth.

of nature which, due to man's fault, also has to fight against a poison that, like a black stain, spreads visibly.

Here we see meticulous detail and a careful choice of colors, with a blue background that perfectly highlights the yellow of the bananas. The shadows are carefully crafted and emphasized, accentuating the three-dimensionality of the subject, which appears to actually detach itself from the plane.

In this second canvas, the artist employed a more monochromatic style. Different shades of yellow collide, creating a veritable dance of color. Furthermore, the painting leans toward a captivating surrealism, appearing more imaginative and sunny.

The greatest beauty of these works is undoubtedly the profound conflict between the bright colors and the disturbing black paint. As beautiful as they are dramatic, the subjects reflect the reality of life, of nature, as much as of the human heart.
